Lately I’ve been spending some time looking back—and finally getting around to doing things I’ve been putting off.
One of those things was making my old music available online for streaming.
Not because I have any illusions of fame or fortune. I don’t.
This is more about archiving.
That’s really the whole point of this website: to create a place where I can preserve and document the creative work I’ve made over the years. And one of the most creatively important chapters of my life was more than 25 years ago, making original music with my band, Poised For The Worm.
I’ve written about the band here before, but until now, unless you owned a physical copy of our debut album With Baited Breath, or happened to stumble across our SoundCloud page, there weren’t many ways to actually hear the music.
Now there are.
The music of Poised For The Worm is now available on all major streaming platforms.
You can find With Baited Breath on:
🎵 Spotify
🎵 Apple Music
🎵 Amazon Music
🎵 Deezer
🎵 Tidal
…and pretty much anywhere you listen to music.
These songs hold a lot of memories for me—late nights, endless rehearsals, the excitement of recording, the nerves before shows, and the people who were part of it all. Listening back now, I hear the imperfections, the energy, and the ambition.
And honestly, I wouldn’t change any of it.
If you were around during that time—if you came to shows, bought a CD, or supported us in any way—thank you. It meant more to us than I probably ever said out loud.
And if this is your first time hearing Poised For The Worm, I hope something in these songs connects with you.
If you give it a listen, I’d love to hear what you think—and which tracks stand out to you.

What are you thinking?
