Way back in 2016 I wrote about a song that I wrote and recorded as a class project back in my Trebas days. At the time, the song and recording were already 23 years old. Fast-forward another 8 years, and I was down an online rabbit-hole and got in contact with my old Music Production teacher Jim Lamarche. I sent him the blog post and song wondering if he still remembered it.
It turns out he did remember it, and he was very grateful that I shared it with him. So much so that he asked if he could remix the song and put it to video as part of one of his collaborative art projects. I was flattered he thought that highly of the song. I agreed to it and here is the end-result:
