It was always our favourite date on our schedule, and we were thrilled to be back at Starport Marina in the Port of Orillia yesterday for their annual Christmas In June celebration.
The weather was perfect, the setting was beautiful, and the place was packed with boaters ready to party, and boy did they ever party!
Big shoutout to Marilyn for inviting us back and being such a great host. Also to Gary and Sue for providing their boat (Toy Story) as the band’s green room.
Shoutout to Linda for starting off the dancing and never stopping and to Free Bird woman (Ang?) for calling it out between every song! Im glad we were finally able to play it for you. 😜
Shoutout to Kevin who came up and jammed with the band on harmonica. Even though he “never played with Lightfoot” he certainly was talented enough to have done so.
